The Lark is a one design class with the rules catering for a choice of many fittings, foils and sails. The boat is suited to a wide range of crew weights, typically from 18 to 25 stone (115 - 155kg). The Lark has an active class association with a very enthusiastic committee which strives to provide all Lark sailors with the very best sailing and social events on the yachting calender. The class is famous for it's social events, in particular the National Championships social programme and annual Laying Down supper!
The boats are now constructed using epoxy resin and are a world away from the Lark you may have raced whilst at University! We can supply the boat for home fit out or they are available fully fitted from a number of boat builders including CS Boats, Pinnell & Bax and Synergy Marine.
