By using this website you will be taken to have agreed to be bound by the following conditions:-

1. All prices quoted include VAT at UK standard rate.

2. Carriage charges start at £1 for shipping of small items (e.g. nuts, bolts, rivets) via post, and increase in stages, up to a maximum of £26 for large consignments e.g. 49er/ MPS mainsails, masts) which are sent by next day courier. Prices are for UK mainland only. Outlying areas such as Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland attract additional surcharges. We will contact you to advise of the cost prior to despatch.

Shipping Costs for items such as boats and trailers have to be arranged on an individual basis, we will contact you to arrange delivery of these items.

Overseas Despatch

We will contact you by email or telephone to advise you of carriage costs and delivery time prior to processing your payment and despatch of your order

3. Delivery Time
Orders received into our main office prior to 12 noon are usually despatched same day. If we do not have the items in stock we will contact you with a delivery date. Delivery times vary but UK orders will usually be within 2 working days. Delivery to Europe is usually within 5 working days

4. Exchanges & Returns
If you purchase goods from Ovington Boats Ltd and find they are unsuitable we will be happy to exchange them for goods of the same value or make a refund provided the goods are returned unused within 28 days

5. Prices
Ovington Boats Ltd takes reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is up to date and accurate at the time of posting. Ovington Boats Ltd reserves the right to change any information posted on this website at any time without notice. Our prices should be correct at time of posting, however, we reserve the right to change them without prior notice
