Shipping Costs for large items such as boats and trailers have to be arranged on an individual basis, we will contact you to arrange delivery of these items.
Exchanges & Returns
If you purchase goods from Ovington Boats Ltd and find they are unsuitable we will be happy to exchange them for goods of the same value or make a refund provided the goods are returned unused within 28 days.

Ovington Boats Limited does not accept any liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information held on this website or liability for any loss or damage which may arise from such inaccuracies or omissions.

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods or for any losses or damages incurred by incorrect or unspecified use or fitting of any products supplied by us. If you are unclear about any of the fitting or user instructions that are supplied with the products then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that some of our products that we supply are subject to laws regarding the Highway Code. Ovington Boats Limited cannot be held responsible for any convictions or prosecutions resulting from the use of any of its products. In if any doubt, always seek advice from your local law enforcement before use.
We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. This does not affect any other statutory rights that you may have.
The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute that must be resolved by court action will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
At Ovington Boats Limited we want you to know that any information you provide us with, whether it is credit card information or other personal information, is kept secure. No credit card details are kept on file.
If you order any products from us we will need the following details; your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number and expiry date to process and fulfil that order. Please also include a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you in the event of any problems.
We will not share any of the personal information listed above with any 3rd parties unless your authorisation has been given to do so.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Shipping and Handling Carriage charges
(including packaging) will be added to your order.
Delivery Schedule
Orders received into our main office prior to 12 noon are usually despatched same day. If we do not have the items in stock we will contact you with a delivery date. Delivery times vary but UK orders will usually be within 2 working days.
Delivery to Europe is usually within 5 working days pending clearance.
We endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Carriage charges start at £1 for shipping of small items (e.g. nuts, bolts, rivets) via post, and increase in stages for larger consignments e.g. 49er/ MPS mainsails, masts. Outlying areas such as Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland attract additional surcharges to UK Mainland.
Ovington Boats Limited reserves the right to use the most applicable shipping method and charge appropriately.
Shipping Costs for items such as boats and trailers have to be arranged on an individual basis. Orders in excess of £2,000 for shipping outside the UK must also be quoted for, and we will contact you to arrange delivery of these items.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK , 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and we will reduce the cost of the order by 20%. NON UK Customers – please note that we will adjust the prices before your card is charged so that you are not charged VAT.
Credit Card Security
When making a payment you will be navigated away from our pages. Your card details are sent through Sage Pay’s secure payment network and therefore are never stored on our website.
